Project H.O.P.E. remains committed to helping people with food insecurities mainly throughout the Macomb area. The organization has received widespread encouragement and support from the community over the past two years by forming many new friendships while providing opportunities for volunteers to make a difference in the community. Many people have been helped by our food resources and thrift store benevolence. Macomb Project H.O.P.E. Inc. NFP has 501c3 status and welcomes any canned and boxed food, thrift store items and monetary donations. Charitable contribution statements are available upon request. Donations for the thrift store may be brought anytime during regular business hours. Hours are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you have just a small amount, you are welcome to bring it through the front door at 122 N. Side Square in downtown Macomb, Illinois . Larger donations should be brought to the donation door on the north side of the building on Carroll Street across from the fountain in Chandler Park. If there is not an attendant available or the door is locked, please call 309-255-5920 for assistance. At the present time, the thrift store does not take televisions, large appliances, exercise equipment, beds & frames, and remodeling items. Checks for monetary donations may be made out to Macomb Project H.O.P.E. Inc. NFP and mailed to the organization’s office at 122 N. Side Square. Thank you so much for your support of our ministries!!
